I don't talk much about Ayurveda remedies or how to cure any sickness because in Ayurveda the rule, "it depends" is the cornerstone of treatment, causes etc., But! Sometimes we just get a cold and we can benefit from some quick Ayurveda cold remedies that actually work! So, today I share my 5 musts I do to remedy my cold (or any mild sickness), using Ayurveda.
